WHEN ORDERING BY FAX OR MAIL
Please fill out the order form completely. Do not assume we know what type of car you are ordering parts for. If ordering for multiple cars, please specify each type. Of most importance is a telephone number at which you may be reached during our business hours.(Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm EST.) If you have an unlisted phone, please provide the number. It is important that we are able to contact you if necessary, and by phone is the quickest means.
To make ordering easier, we have posted prices next to most products. In doing so, we reserve the right to make adjustments based on manufacturer's pricing. Therefore, all prices are subject to change without prior notice to the customer. If there is a difference of $5.00 or more, invoice total, you will be contacted regarding payment of balance. We accept payment of mail orders by personal check, money order, MasterCard or Visa. Personal checks are subject to a 15-day clearing period. When using your credit card, please include the expiration date on the card. If you wish your order shipped C.O.D., there is an additional charge of $5.50 per package for that service. All C.O.D.s are sent "certified check, money order or approved company check".
All orders are sent via United Parcel Service when possible. Those customers requesting "next day" or "second day" air service are subject to increased freight charges at prevailing carrier's rates. No orders for express air service can be accepted after 1:00 p.m. for same day shipment. For packages greater than 70 lbs. or 130" combined-size limit for UPS, delivery will be made by truck freight, shipping collect. Additional charges for oversize or overlength packages may apply.
All foreign orders must be pre-paid in U.S. funds. We suggest using MasterCard or Visa in order to eliminate under- or overpayments, since it is difficult to determine accurate shipping charges before packaging and weighing. Orders are sent FedEx, UPS, Emery Air Freight or via U.S. Postal Service Airmail, if they are within size limitations. No C.O.D. orders. DAMAGED PARTS OR SHORTAGES
If you receive a package that has been damaged, you may refuse to accept it, whereby it will be returned to us and reshipped. If you open a package and find damage, you must notify the shipping carrier to file a damage claim. After notifying carrier of damage, please notify us also. Do not throw away any packing material. It is necessary to keep all packaging until the claim has been inspected. this must be done within 7 days of accepting package. Do not return a package to us before the carrier's agent has completed a damage claim inspection.
You may return purchased goods within 30 days of your invoice date, providing they are not painted, altered or damaged and include the original packaging invoice. TO RETURN GOODS, YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. For returns, please call 423.323.2081 for instructions. Returns without an authorization tag will not be accepted.
All returns must be sent pre-paid and insured. If they arrive here damaged and uninsured, no refund will be granted. All returns are subject to a 15% stocking fee at the discretion of the management. No returns on wood, electrical or special-ordered items. All swap meet sales are final. If a part was shipped our error, you will be reimbursed for UPS shipping charges.
In some cases, an item may be temporarily out of stock. It will be noted as back-ordered on your invoice. The item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If after 30 days the manufacturer cannot supply the part, you will receive a refund in the form of a check or credit to your MasterCard or Visa account.
